Ada & Loki: Operation Friendship Full Report

Ada & Loki: Operation Friendship Full Report

If you’ve been following me on Twitter over the last month, you probably saw at least one or two “Operation Friendship, Progress Report” tweets. My parents were out of the country visiting family, so they left their dog, a fluffball of love incarnate, Loki, with us. And if you’ve been following me long enough, you also know that my husband and I have a miniature schnauzer named Ada. She is also love incarnate, though she reserves her love for humans, mostly. And suffers from some pretty intense main character syndrome.

This last month was an opportunity to see how she’d coexist with another pup (especially one who is basically afraid of his own shadow), and get them both to enjoy their time hanging out together. I chronicled this journey, titled Operation Friendship, on Twitter, and decided to compile all the progress reports into one post here, plus some extra stuff I didn’t share to Twitter. It brought a smile to a few people who followed their progress and I hope it brightens your day a little, too!

Enjoy!

Bonus Content!

It wasn’t always sunshine and rainbows with them, but I had a really good time helping Loki build his confidence while keeping Ada’s ego in check.

We’re hoping this bodes well for when baby comes, and Ada is forced, yet again, to share the spotlight!

As always, keep on keeping on!

Tell me what you think!
