Hop on #TuesFlashFicTrain – Week 5!

First things first, be sure to check out parts one, two, three, and four before tackling this week’s prompt! Also take a minute to congratulate Stephanie Ayers on her most recent win in part four. Keep in mind you have to wrap the story up where she left off.

And we’re on the last prompt for this story!

Just in time to make room for our NaNoWriMo projects, too. I hope everyone’s writing has been going smoothly – it’s definitely not easy trying to make the word count, but I’ve been okay so far. Only a matter of time before I start to lag behind though. Playing catch-up is half the fun of NaNo, though – at least for me. Keeping in tune with the idea of starting something new for this month, the last prompt for this round will revolve around new beginnings. I want to see themes of renewal and hope, new horizons, and looking forward to what the future holds! For me, that’s what this whole month-long novel project is all about! So let’s end this story on a note of hope.

Call for suggestions: Still looking for title ideas! For now, the only suggestion has been Gone. I like that title, but let’s hear some more!

Remember, continue last week’s story, keep it under 400 words, and submit your response in the comment section below. Don’t forget to include your twitter handles and/or other social media links for promotion! Submissions close Wednesday at 11:59PM EST– tell your friends!

Questions, suggestions? Check out the rules in more detail and/or drop me a line!

As always, think happy thoughts!
