Happy Friday one and all! This week has both dragged on forever and sped by. How that’s possible, I’m not quite sure.
In an attempt to spread my wings and get more involved online, I’m participating in Sharon Stevenson‘s Indie Takeover on her website. I’ve never been a fan of talking about myself, but these social opportunities have definitely made it easier! If you’re an indie writer and struggling with your online presence, I strongly recommend making friends with bloggers and guest-posting. Exposure and practice is a great thing! Click here to check out the post!
Speaking of guest-posting, I’ll also be participating in 2 Book Lovers Reviews October Month of Horror. A ton of writers are coming out for the month to talk about their favorite horror-related anything and everything! It should be a great time, and I’m really looking forward to reading everyone else’s posts. Head on over to the site to check it out! My post will be on October 29th, so keep an eye out for it!
In the meantime I’ve been diligently working (or trying to) on book 2 in The Breach Trilogy. With any luck, I’ll have a finished, if not nearly finished, draft for NaNoWriMo! Can’t believe it’s already been a year since my first time participating – a lot has happened since then.
On to my question!
Now that the reveal for Reckoning‘s cover is over, I was thinking of making some changes on the site. I’d like to try out different styles, colors, etc. An aesthetic change is in order! So – if any web-designers are out there, I’d love some tips and pointers, if you can spare them! Any advice is more than welcome!
As always, think happy thoughts!
